TOTAL ALIGNMENT WITH INVESTORS

A “ZERO-and-TWENTY” fee structure means no fees are collected from our investors until successful exits are achieved, providing the best possible alignment between Roadmap principals and our investors.

Roadmap principals invest alongside the investors and a Roadmap team member joins the board of directors of the company. We offer an ongoing reporting and interaction between our investors and the executive team of our companies.

HIGH TECHNOLOGY READINESS LEVEL (TRL)

Roadmap Invests in companies with a TRL of 6 to 9, companies with a prototype that is built, tested and ready for large scale manufacturing. Roadmap focuses on ICT (Information and Communications Technology) companies related to data transmission and reception, its storage and manipulation. We also invest in Sensors and Actuators companies as well as Medical Devices.
