Ms. Sothinathan has over 10 years of accounting and back-office experience. Prior to joining Roadmap Capital, Pramila was the Senior Accountant of a Not-for-Profit Organization. Her experience spans a wide variety of industries including retail, technology, and finance where she focused primarily on cost management and financial reporting. Previous board positions include: Broad Reach Foundation for Youth Leaders (co-Treasurer), Community Cat Relief (Accountant), North York Community House (Mentor).
Ms. Sothinathan earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and holds a Charted Professional Accountant designation.
